COMPLETED The 7 Day Bodykey Meal Plan!!!

Day 1)

Starting a 7 day meal plan today.... Wow.... measuring everything out this morning was eye opening compared to how much more I would usually eat... Portion sizes change everything!!! Here's a snap shot of what I am eating today (except the 4oz sole with squeezed lemon and 1 cup of steamed veggies ... Cooking that late late tonight)
Excited to try the BodyKey meal plan (It's a 7day plan that I can follow and repeat and do over and over again until I form new habits like knowing portion sizes and get to my goal weight) #BodyKeyBabe #mealplan #DreamBodyJourney





I completed day 1 and didn't feel hungry!

Day 2)

 I did "Day 2" twice (The first time I did Day 2... Michael asked me out for dinner... so I ate more than the meal plan but healthy and the second time doing day 2 I ate everything from the meal plan + 4 Rye crackers with mustard + 1 snack bar)

Day 3)

Monday... got everything packed up for the day! I switched one of the meals... had my lunch for breakfast and plan on drinking my meal replacement shake for lunch! Didn't hit my 10000 steps weekend and just got home... 12:30am hungry but going to bed!!!

Day 4)

Tuesday.... Need to get up earlier! Such a rush this morning BUT I still got my food all prepped for today! :) feeling good... Just made some word documents and emailed them to Jenny (who just WON THE 90 DAY BODYKEY CHALLENGE GRAND PRIZE !!!!

How inspiring... I can do this.... If she can lose weight and win prizes I CAN TOO!

Michael is starting the Daniel Fast (which is very much like my meal plan... Eating clean for 7 days)! This will help me out a lot.... It makes making lifestyle changes easier when your mate is eating healthy as well! 
I weighed in today and at first it came up 188.6 but now it's saying 190! So I lost a pound since Friday's picture ;)

I have a feeling by Monday, January 26th... I will be 185lbs!!! I just need to workout 5 days in a row HARD and I believe I will see the scale go down!

People at work are noticing me eating healthier and asking me questions! Its so easy talking about Jenny's success story and how I want to do the same :) Inspiring people BECAUSE IM DOING SOMETHING!!!!
 
Day 5)
 
Straightened my hair and got dressed up for our business presentation tonight! And packed everything for dinner! I like having a meal plan... I am feeling great! Starting my day with my Nutrilite meal replacement shake SO GOOD! I look forward to having it (Chocolate treat)!!! The black slacks I bought a few days ago are too big... not because I lost a ton of weight but because the pants loosen as you wear them throughout the day :( BAHHH! I dont want to spent money on size 13 pants!!! Another reason why I am shedding weight so I can feel good in my clothes and actually like shopping again...... I got to schedule out my workouts! I havent worked out at all this week..... but that can change! I will be getting home around 11:30pm... I could AT LEAST start over my 30 days of squats app and do a Firm Abs Day 1 workout... Doing something is better than nothing! Day 6 I will wake up at 6am and do a HIIT resistance band workout and Abs Day 2 + my squats day 2... I WILL!
 
 Day 6)
Well, I slept through my alarm... no workout! Meal plan is going well! Tomorrow is my last day! I cant wait until Monday to weigh in... Im gonna weigh in after this meal plan on Saturday!
 
One of my FitBit friends messaged me today and noticed I have not hit my 10000 step daily goal since last week... She kicked me in the butt and told me to DO IT!!! haha, I have great cheerleaders and association of people! How I am going to fit in 10000 steps tonight... Well, I shall do my best when I get home at 11pm tonight!!! After sitting all day in my office job, I will be doing two business presentations tonight... then I'll have an hour to get 10000 steps accomplished today, hahaha Its possible!
 
I printed off the passion planner today (click "passion planner" for more info)... SOOOO determined to get organized in all areas of my life! I have fallen in love with having a plan and planning ahead:) It's so AMAZING to have a set vision everyday!!!
 
Also talked to my Music Producer about getting together and setting a step by step process to complete my dream of putting out a CD of original music!! SO EXCITED! PUMPED!
 
 
Day 7)
I was alot more organized this morning! Feel confident and great for completing this 7 day meal plan! It's the last day! I am deciding on whether or not to just do it again! I am finding some pretty cool meal plans and with my BodyKey app I can see if I am staying within my carbs, fats and protein percentages based on the genetic test I took through Bodykey!
 
Working out... I have got to fit working out in my crazy schedule.. I did Day 1 of my squats last night but thats all... didnt reach 10000 steps and didnt do the Firm Abs day 1 video... OK OK new day! What am I going to do? Mornings... that seems to be the only time and that means less sleep since I get home late from expanding our business... less sleep... What a big price for my pants fitting again!!! Is it worth it.......... YES!

I just set my vibrating alarm clock on my FitBit to start waking me up at 6AM (45 Min. of Cardio) then that gives me time to have a 15min shower and 30 min to do my hair and makeup then put on my clothes (which means I MUST lay out my clothes the night before) and grab my food for the day (which means I MUST pack my food the night before)!!! I know me, 5:30AM is WAYYYY to early... so, I can commit to waking up Monday-Saturday at 6AM and on Sundays wakeup at 8AM to stretch, walk, dance to worship music for my rest day activity then get ready for church and so on! Learning that there is freedom when you have a plan!

GAHHHH, my coworkers ordered pizza for everyone but I just brought into the lunch room my cup of berries and Perfect water and just said Im being healthy but happy to be here with everyone ;)
Proud of myself for not messing up my eating for today just because pizza was present, haha!
